Well; it looks like, the #1 John deer is running well; we did the lower block 19E, 304 and 310, up to millstream; and today we did also trails in the upper block 19 west, up to junction 19/22, 308,303 and 307.

It was not fun; big drift on 19 up at some area where, there are clear-cut of wood; so it took more time, with only one unit. So next trip; we will do 19 up to junction 301 trail; also trail 22, up to 180 road.

We will need to unhook the drag, to do the part of trail up to junction 19/22. Way too big drift; and come back to pick the drags and continue, and come back to the clubhouse (also there are areas with big trees down; so be patient. The parts for the new Holland should be here for Thursday morning.

 well noting move today  to cool and noting start so we keep working on unit   but we will play save  nice to have fun  but today its not normal  so we be on trail tomorrow when everting come back to usual 

we will be on lower block 

Both groomer were at the shop yesterday for preventive maintenance. The John deer for its 500 hr, regulars preventive maintenance and repair and the New Holland also; but this morning after a test ride and do about 10 km of trails; the pressure pump let go,  in the New Holland so the process is in place to replace it. The coop dealer up Matapedia (Quebec)  said 3 to 4 days before receiving parts + 1 day to do the job, so hope the John Deer 

runs good.   She’s on the trail right now on upper block  19 W, 301, and 308 (loop), so she will be on the trail 24-7 days   to keep the trail in good shape. We will be doing the lower block tonight doing 19 E  to the Host, and 304 Danny’s  ... keep in mind; there are working hard and they are getting old; so we try to do our best, as volunteers.

The good new is that we are now fully open at the club house  BAR and KITCHEN service

We did all our trails in the last days with one groomer the #2 new holland, the John Deer #1 is down; electrical problem and is due for its preventive maintenance (500 hours p.m.)

so it should be back  on the trail for Friday morning, and also; the #2 new Holland  needs some little repair so, both groomers will be at the shop on thursday. Day shift so we should be good for the week end coming.

After, the last storm, we did well on grooming, so far. We groomed 19E down to Host, 19W to 19/03 shelter; 308; 307; 303; the loop 301, then sugar shack. On 19 from the clubhouse to Arlo shelter, we did 4 passes, and #2 New Holland groomer is on the trail 19E down to host, and will do 304 for a 2^nd pass. As they told me the trails are very good and will get hard packed with cold weather. So the plan is trying to keep the trail in good shape and get the groomers out saturday night. #2 groomer will be back; on lower parts, doing 19E; 304; 310 and; #1 groomer doing upper block, 19W; 308 and 301 loop.

Everything was done, as planned before the snowstorm; as grooming. All trail was levelled out; from 19W, up to 19/03 shelter and also 301.

 So now it’s snowing a lot, and suppose to be a little bit of rain on top. so the plan is; right after the storm, we will groom, to fix rough spots; tonight at 8 p.m.; the # 2 New Holland, will go down, to Host 19 E, do 304 Danny's, and come back to the clubhouse and continue;   up to junction 19/301, do 301 and come back on 19 all the way in; at the same time, the # 1 JOHN DEER, will be on trail 19 W, to 19 up, come back by 308; also do 303 and 307.

Well, the plan stays on for today. The two groomers were out on the trail and sign installations on some area. The # 1 john deer was on the upper block doing 19 up 301 to the shelter, 19/22 and come down by 19 E and do 303 Upper Lake and at the same time the # 2 New Holland was on 19 E, doing 19 down to host and do 304 Danny’s and also do part of 310. We were lucky; we when through the ice at Millstream River, almost got stuck; but finally, we got it out. So, be careful ; with only 2 inches of ice at the snowmobile pass. We pushed snow on top of it, but be careful. We add some warning cone to advise the riders. Men, play safe; it’s not deep; but lots of current.
